Google is adding an intelligent scheduling feature to Google Calendar for G Suite customers. The company is making it so that users can easily reschedule meetings and events without a lot of hassle.

The feature essentially allows you to propose a new time for events if the initial time isn’t convenient for you. Google Calendar will then let you choose a different time, add a custom message to the proposal, and send to the event organizer. Moreover, if the organizer and other members part of the event/meeting give you access to their calendar events, you can even look at what other events they have on a day and choose a time that’s convenient for everyone.

This way, you are going to save a lot of time without having to go through the manual process of asking everyone when they are available and what time would be convenient for them. Microsoft’s Office 365 already offers a similar feature, which is also capable of suggesting meeting times depending on the schedule of yourself and your co-workers.
