Google made a huge splash with its Duplex technology on the Google Assistant that allows the Assistant to automatically make restaurant reservations for you. And now, that same feature is coming to the web — well, kind of.

Google just announced that the company is bringing its Duplex on the Web technology to Google Search, which can now book movie tickets for you.

The new feature, available first on Android, allows users to query for what movies are playing nearby, and then use the Assistant to buy tickets for a particular viewing from there. The feature works with a limited number of cinemas in the US and UK. In the states, the Assistant can book tickets on more than 70 cinemas and ticketing services, including Fandango, MovieTickets.com, AMC, or MJR Theaters. And for those in the UK, Assistant will only be able to book tickets on ODEON.

The feature is pretty cool and essentially uses Duplex to input your choices like which seats you want and your payment details into a booking site. So there isn’t a ton of AI smarts here like the original Duplex on mobile phones. Google says the company is soon going to expand this feature to other tasks, starting with car rentals.
